We recommend to avoid placing text or important information inside of the safe zone - the 3mm inside of the cutting edge in order not to be clipped when cutting.

Spec Description
Print technology Technology used to print: Digital Inkjet, Digital Toner, Offset/Litho, etc.
Colors on the front of the page Color setting of the print. In case Digital: FC or Mono, in case Offset/Litho: CMYK or no. of (PMS) colors.
Colors on the back of the page See above, but only in case of double sided printing.
Is the product orientation dependent In case binding is applied, the orientation of the artwork is an important factor to keep in mind.
Orientation of the product Orientation of the product: Portrait, Landscape or Square.
The exact width of the item in mm. The exact endsize width of the item in mm.
The exact height of the item in mm. The exact endsize height of the item in mm.
The page safety margin in mm Recommended margin from elements to the edge (guideline)
Number of printable sides Number of printable sides, single sides (1) or double sided (2)
Binding method / technology Binding method / technology such as Casewrap (hardcover) or Perfect Binding (softcover) or Coil binding.
Bleed in mm Minimum bleed on all sides of the document in mm.
Cover squeeze in mm The size of the squeeze on either side of the spine of a casewrap cover in mm.
Cover overlap in mm The size of the overlap of the cover on top, bottom and outside edge in relation to the pageblock in mm.
Cover wrap in mm The size of the wrap-around on all sides of the document on a casewrap cover in mm.
Minimum order quantity Minimum order quantity to ensure a healthy quantity-pricing ratio.
Per set order quantity Quantity can be raised per fixed quantity to ensure a healthy quantity-pricing ratio for productions.
